Aoc-4 cfs

AOC-4 CFS when uploading gives an error " Fill all fields approriately". While prescrutiny system gives a feed back that "No prescurity errors found". The attachements of consolidated financials with auditors report, Directors Report & AOC-1 (Sd copies) are correctly made. Can any one clarify why the error is appearing while uploading? 

I have another question in this connection, is a seperate audit report required for CFS or the audit report of parent company is adequate?
