Hello Members,
GST ITC-03 need to be filed by that assessee who has converted registeration from Regular to Composition Scheme. But from last two months I am trying to upload ITC-03 but unable to file it. It shows "System Error" message. I have also raised grievance on GST Portal but it is not resolved yet. GST Help Desk and officer in department have no idea.
Is there any body here who able to file is successfully???

Are you filing the itc 03 by offline or online mode. Please also mention the error code generated. |  |
I have filed ITC-03 with offline tool. It was processed error free. But in offline tool there is no option to offset liability i.e. payment of liability need to be adjusted against either cash ledger or credit ledger paid. That compulsorily need to be done online. I have also paid the tax liability and it can be seen in cash ledger.
But while clicking on offset liability : "system error" message is coming. There is no error code mentioned.
Sir do you have any idea??? If yes please guide.

Sir but this System Error message coming from last 2 Months. I am trying to upload from April Month. Also raised grievance but same not resolved yet. Department Officer told me to try from other computer, use internet explorer and change user id and password. But that also could not help.
