any payment rules of paying crediter

is there any rules under GST that we have to give full payment to suppliers within 3 months.
or we have to shown purchase return within 3 months.
lot of confusions going....
as what we know it is about good and services tax..
nothing about liabilities..
may be i m wrong or heard wrong
