I think this is the process
1. Conform which Firm u want to join
2. Go to ICAI chapter and take forms - 102 and 103 ( u get them all like a booklet which cost u Rs.50 ) just ask for artical registration form , he will give u
3.GO back to your CA , fill the forms as he advise u
4. you need to go to a notary and submit these form and all ur certificates and get it stamped.
5. Go back to ur CA and submit the forms...
5. the date u have mentioned in the forms will be the date ur articalship starts/ends ... i think it may take 2 day process ....
