While trying to attach DSC, site throwing error like '' SOME THING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER SOMETIME''.
is there any solution for that???

The website is overloaded, hence such problems. Try after some time. If you can wait, try it in next month.
If urgent, file complaint with helpline.
