I hope u have taken full benefit of 80 C amounting to 1 Lac..
Apart from 80C, generally all deductions requires some or the other sort of expenditure...Therefore I think ur will not be interested in this..
For Ur Company
If u r planning to purchase any assets in the future, then do it in this FY, Benefit of Depreciation(or additional depreciation for that matter)..

Its for my partnership firm.
What segments offer high depreciation ? -- I will just get half year benefit anyways...
I read somewhere about provisions of future losses, which can be deducted from current year profit. Any inputs on this ?
Other suggestions ??

FOR UR FIRM U MAY SHOW ANY SORT OF CONSULTANCY ADVICE FROM ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER / RELATIVE NOT HAVING MUCH INCOME (SHOULD BE IN BELOW 30% SLAB). GET A BILL RAISED BY HIM FOR THIS.

Perhaps you should think of putting up windmill project - claim 80% depreciation for the next 10 years. Carbon credit should also be available.
