Any increase in the registration fee under gst

Hi! Friends,

One of My friend is purchasing a Flat in Hyderabad (Telangana).

Pls inform the Impact of registration charges, if the property got registered before Implementation of GST or after?

Pls. suggest...

No effect over stamp duty & registration charges of immovable properties, as these are out of direct purview of GST.

If second sale than only registration charges & stamp duty will be payable and answer given by you will be correct. But if purchasing directly from builders / developers than local vat & service tax will be applicable

Before implemetation of GST : ST & VAT after GST: CGST & SGST with almost same percentage. But here query is effect of GST w.r.t. registration charges: no effect.
