any demerit of doing dummy??

hey friends,

I preffered to go for dummy and concentrate well on my exam , I thought I can go for the training while doing my final, and there is a surity that I will be registered with the best firm of my city but only after clearinf pcc.now I've started doubting my decision and I feel that there are chances of me lacking behind, is it true. will it hamper me anyhow in my career???

please help ,I am extremely worried

Takin dummy of ne kind is the worst thing a CA student can do.. the soul of the course is practical trainin.. and without it the degree is just a piece of paper ..

My friend, never try these sort of ways to finish your exams earlier. Keep balancing your practical training as well as your exams. If u could balance both simultaneously i'm sure u will become a very good managerial person. Please don't try dummy articles. My best wishes.

hello pavitra!
i think that practical knowledge is better than theory! and regular articleship not done,, becoz it is compulsion for us but it is done to learn the dealing way with outside world! which includes behavior with our clients etc.!
so on my side dummy is not good to be a good CA!
I HOPE U UNDERSTAND MY POINT!

Hi, Aisha, I am also in pcc. Dont try to produce dummy,try to get into some mid-sized firm rather than Big 4 firms. because in very reputed u ll get lots of work pressure n u cant manage ur studies. Still time s dr. Practical knowledge will also help for ur studies. All the Very Best! ! !

I have a story related with your problem according to our MAFA Teacher. A top rakholder in CA examination got a jub with lucurative pakage. Where she had been given a assignment to work. She had not done their job as a CA. The company filled a suit against our institution. After the invetigation it has found that she had taken Dummy. She had to taken her training again for 3 years and CP of related CA had been cancelled by our institutions. So please don't take Dummy for your good future. Remember ifour institution have a policy to train their students in such a manner then why shoud we searching a wrong way. Practical traning is equally important as to pass its theoretical examintion. Keep you traning properly Best of Luck.....

pavitra, Hi pavitra, really informing u about thearticle ship, it doesn,t help much i will tell u . It may help only in tax and audit subject , other wise u have to study on your own for the rest of the subjects. so better fo for dummy and finish ur exams well. otherwise with the practical expeience u will not get too forward without the CA certificate

Pavitra, You r so lucky dat u get the opportunitu to get training with the best firm of the city. dear u must undergo training.In dummy u r spoiling ur future,u will not get any practial experience which will be required to u in every stage . In traing period u can learn more rather than dummy bcoz in Training period u get much time to spend on both practial & therotical knowledge. Best of luck 4 ur carrer. Hav a very beautiful career. Hi Articleship will be of some value only when students will be allowed to work in the industry.Wat are the going to learn in firms where you are not even given the freedom to put forward their opinion,where CPT article are no better than peons. DEAR FOR articleship at a good place YOU need jack No talent,And thats the worst part. hope C.A students Can come forward and pressurise the INSTITUTE to revamp the whole procedure.

HI PAVITRA, you have done a very grave mistake by doing a dummy in your articleship as all of our friends have rightly mentioned above. if you are atlkeast not able to go for all the 40 hours a week atleast try to go for 30-35 which is good enough. whithout practical knowledge you cant do anything tomorrow. Your story is like a person wanted to learn swimming. he kept reading thousands of books on how t swim but never touched the water!

DEAR PAVITRA, WE ALL NEED PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE SO THAT IT REQUIRES TO DO TRAINING BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE ALL 3 YEARS BECAUSE WE NEED TIME TO STUDY SO MY ADVISE TO U THAT PLZ DO UR TRAINING AND WHEN U GAIN LOT OF PRACTICLE KNOWLEDGE THEN LOOKING FOR DUMMY B'COZ THIS PRACTICLE KNOW. Yes, i suggest u to to for dummy. But i wll give u a best way - in overall 3 yrs of ur prctical training u can go for training for 1 yr and during 2nd yr u should take dummy and clear ur exam. and after clearing the exam u can again join the training. Believe me, by this way u can get 2 things in single stroke - i.e. ur CA Passing certificate and practical knowledge. Best of luck. bye.
