Annual return GSTR-9A has to be filed by 31st December of next financial year.

Agree with Sunil Sir...
Composition Scheme dealers have to file Annual Return in Form GSTR-9A within 31st of December 2018.
However, at present, these forms are not available in the GST common portal.

that means on any difference supply GST to be paid without interest till annual return date as of now no forms available.
