My friend's company wants to import White Cement Clinker (HS Code - 25231000).
Is there any Anti-Dumping duty on the said product?
Also, is CVD the same as Anti-Dumping duty and is it (CVD) adjustable if he sells the product after processing it through his own excise registered plant?

both are different anti dumping is not cenvatavle where CVD is cenvatable.
dumping depends on origin of country.
