Is it possible to demand the Answer papers of following category of candidates under RTI ACT ?
1. Rankers
2. Those who cleared ON-DOT !!!!!
3. Those who expected to clear but failed
4. Those who felt pass would be impossible but still cleared !!!!
Why I Categoried separately because, Want to bring the justice in the valuation, IF Such papers can be obtained under RTI act it will be of great use.
No doubt Examiners examine examinees performance, but why cant we observe examiners approach ?

yes Robin. i do accept with. why dont we observe examiners approach. so that even we can learn how to prepare and also we r able to know what exactly they r searching in our anser sheet.
U/S 11 of RTI Act 2005 we cann't get others Ans sheets...these are in the third part....and section 8,9 are bounded us..........But we can approch for our own Ans sheets that is already allowed by ICAI.......But TOP Ranker Question papers will give us energy and we can learn from that how to write annswars in examination........
Annu yes i do know that. But it happens good . I do accept that there are many disadvantages with that.
