(1) IF A QUESTION IS ASKED IN ISCA PAPER RELATED TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, THEN IN WHICH MANNER OUR ANSWER WILL BE RIGHT? WHICH IS APPROPRIATE TO USE FROM THE FOLLOWINGS:-



(a) SECTIION- 22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000



(b) SECTION -22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008



(c)SECTIION- 22(for eg.) OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000,as amended by INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008



 

(2)THERE ARE MANY SECTIONS AND CASE LAWS. SUPPOSE IN A QUESTION(ASKED IN EXAM), I DONT KNOW THE APPLICABE SECTION/CASE LAW/ RULE. IN THAT CASE, WHICH TERM CAN BE USED FROM THE FOLLOWING:-

(a) AS PER RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX ACT(example), OR

(b) AS PER RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX LAWS.

I KNOW THAT NAME OF SECTION/CASE LAW IS NECESSARY. BUT IN ANY CASE, SUPPOSE I DONT KNOW.
