09 May 2011Should I need to attach From 3CA or Companies Audit Report to Form 23AC. Our Auditor has given Form 3CA and Form 3CD to me but did not give audit report (including CARO) under Companies Act. Will it be enough for filing Annual Returns under ROC if I attach only Form 3CA alone or should I need to procure Audit Report under companies act aswell to attach along with Form 23AC. Pls answer. thanks to all the members here for the help

No need to attach 3CA, as it is only for Income tax purpose, it has nothing to do with ROC filing.
You are only required to attach Auditor report (including CARO report, if appplicable), Directors report, and balance Sheet alongwith Schedules thereto & notes to Accounts as an attachment to Form 23AC
