dear sir,

I field anual return FY 2016-17

I didn't file FY 2015-16 now need to file it can you tell? how much penalty

its private limited company authorised capital & paid up capital Rs.100000.

first u file, so that u will get a challan, if system don't allow u to file then go to mca penalty is 12 times normal fee+ per day100
