I haven't filed annual return for FY18-19 TURNOVER is more than 2 cr
late fees Till today is 21000/-
plz anyone let me know that is thr anyway that my late fees can be waived off from department or i need to pay that

No you have to pay such penalty otherwise if there is reasonable cause for waive off then you can show such reasonable cause with an application
