As per outcome of 39 CGST council meeting , it's relaxation given to tax payer below 5 crore turnover to file 9C .

Hence Turnover upto 2 Crore No need to file 9 & 9C .
Turnover upto 5Crore need to file Only GSTR 9
Turnover Above 5 crore need to file 9 & 9C both

@ Mr Anshul Tiwari.,

*GSTR 9 and 9C for the FY 18-19 due date is 31st Mar-20.

** For the latest updates/news it's extended to 30th June 2020...
