BUT i have not file annual return of TDS
now reminder letter from the authority has come to us
what to do to file Tds Annual Return , what are the penalty and how to get rid the penalty

just do not think of any penalty at present & simply file the rerun as applicable to you - u need not pay any penalty at present - let them come out with the notice on the same - as generally in case of TDS returns people do not pay late filing penalty at the time of filing of Return.
