Last date of filing is 31st December 2018 but annual return form are not activated we have to wait Vinodh Kothari

Still not available Sir in the GST common portal. It is under process and no specific date is issued by the Government with respect to availability in the common portal.

As per SECTION 44 of the CGST Act 2017, the last date to file Annual Return ( GSTR 9 ) is 31st December 2018 ( 31.12.2018 ).

But the due date "may" be extended as we are on 04.12.2018 and still the online utility is not available and only 27 days are left for the due date. Also, lots of clarification and simplification required from the government side regarding GSTR 9.
