As per GST portal, the due date for annual return for 2018-19 is 31-03-2010.It is not activated till now.

In my reply, the date "31-03-2010" should read as "31-03-2020". Sorry for the typo error.

The last date to file Annual Return in FORM GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C is 31.08.2019 for FY 2017-18.
For FY 2018-19, the last date to file is 31.12.2019. But the portal is not allowing to file Annual Return for FY 2018-19...

As per GST Common Portal Shows and Display of the due date for Annual Return 9/9A& Audit Report 9C is 31-08-2019 for the Financial year 2017-2018.Same as for the Financial year 2018-2019 Shows on 31-12-2019.It is not Activated now.

GOOD NEWS :
Annual Return in the FORM GSTR-9 / FORM GSTR-9A and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18 has been extended from 31st August, 2019 to 30th NOVEMBER, 2019.
REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTY ORDER No. 07/2019-CT dated 26.08.2019, issued by the CBIC Department.
Hence, the latest Due Date to file ANNUAL RETURN ( GSTR-9 and GSTR-9A ) and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report ( GSTR-9C ) is 30.11.2019.
Annual Return in the FORM GSTR-9 / FORM GSTR-9A and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18 has been extended from 31st August, 2019 to 30th NOVEMBER, 2019.
