Is there any penalty for late filing of annual return after due date i.e 60 days from the date of AGM?

yes, mca directly calculated the fees or you can also check the late filing fees on mca websites for annual.

Yes after the due date, the company will have to pay the additional fees which is maximum 9 times of the normal fees. And this 9 time will be after three month of due date.
