should I enter data in table 4 (outward supply)of annual return as per GSTR 3B or GSTR R1 ?

if I enter as per books of account in table 4 then I amt fill any data in table 10 or 11 which I shown in year 2018 19 as I have already entered full year data as per books of account in table 4
