I should show liability in table 4 as per liability shown in GSTR 3B and any additional liability tha was not shown in 17 18, should be shown separately...?

You need to show liability as per books as mentioned in icai hand book

sorry but we can't follow law as there are lots of amendments and clarification even in ANNUAL RETURN USER MANUAL SAYS to enter figure as per GSTR 1...and not books of account
