Yes. GSTR 9A. Proviso to Rule 80(1) of the CGST Rules.

Yes, annual return GSTR9A has to filed for composition dealer. Currently annual return form not available on gst portal.

Annual Return for SECTION 10 dealers is GSTR 9A.
Refer Notification No. 39/2018, CT dated 04.09.2018 for the format of GSTR 9 and Form GSTR 9A.
