Whether private limited companies are required to file Form - 66, Compliance certificate as per Companies Act, 2013.

compliance certificate is not required anymore. it has been done away with.

When Pvt. Ltd. Co. required to certify annual return of Company Secretary.

if there is no company secretary in the company then mgt7 needs to be certified by the PCS. if cs is there then by the cs

Any exemption to private company. on basis of paid up capital or turn over is available?

if the company is a small company as per co act 2013 then if there is no cs then by a director
