Please any one guide me on filing of annual return. Please guide me what are the documents consists of annual return.

Dude ...
There are GENERALLY three forms which forms part of Annual Return viz. - Form No. 20B, Form No. 23AC & Form No. 23ACA.
(You can download these from www.mca.gov.in - along with Guidelines / Instructions)
Form No. 20B - You have to attach ROC Annual Return's physical copy to this form. Ensure that physical copy is signed by any two Directors along with Director's stamp.
Form No. 23AC - Physical copy of Audit Report, Balance Sheet along with Schedules is required. You have to attach them to form.
Form No. 23ACA - Physical copy of P&L Account along with Schedules, if any are required to attach.
Dude, this is just a brief answer. If you have any specific problem, then ask accordingly. The procedure of filing annual return is lengthy. I have tried to mention it in short.

Dear Amber,
It is rightly said by Mr. Yogesh that the procedure for annaul filing is lenghty. Also due care shud be taken i respect o various dates. I ll advise u to hire a consultant for the t the same who will do all the filing with in stipulated time and thus saving ur penalty.
