Dear All,
Kindly clarify how to attach the accounts of foreign subsidiary company with the hoilding company- i.e. whether in foreign currency or in indian currency. Holding company is Indian Company.
Views are solicited.

Dear Meenu,
You need to give your foreign subsidiary companies account in foreign currency. but why don't u go to Central govn. for taking exemption u/s 212(8) from attaching the annual report of the subsidiaries.
