then u misinterpreted what I was saying....for 2016-17 AGM held on 5th April 2017 and for 2017-17 AGM held on 20th Feb 2018....so my point was in financial year 2017-18 2 AGM held
Wow 2017-17, are you serious?
For 2016-17 the AGM can be held in April 2017,
But for FY 2017-18 AGM cant be held on Feb 2018
It can be only after 31st March 2018
