A private limited company was incorporated on 2nd March, 2017.
Whar are the annual filing requirements in respect of ROC and Income Tax.?
Any help will be appreciated.

First AGM to be held within 9months from the end of first financial year.. First financial year will end on 31/03/2018. Thus u may hold first AGM till 31/12/2018 and thereafter file AOC-4 and MGT-7

for income tax your due date for return filling for FY 2016-2017 is 31/10/2017 (extended date) because your books required audit under companies act.
