one pvt did not file annual filing with ROC -for FY 2013-14 .
what remedial action should be taken by the company

File now with late fee.
But the eforms are not yet available with MCA Site that might be issued by MCA in mid of august. So wait till that date and file the balance sheets and annual returns of that year with late fees.
