Form 23 AC & Form 23ACA- For filing Balance sheet and P & L Account
Form 20B- For filing Annual Return (If company not having share capital Form 21A)
Form 66- Compliance Certificate (if applicable)

I am filling form in that option is coming type of Industry, now as it is a section 25 of company what option should be selected.

Select Commercial and Industrial (C&I). In case the type of industry is other than Banking or Power or Insurance or NBFC

Is there any other difference in presentation of financial statements and board reports etc in case of section 25 company?? I want to know about provisions applicable to such company, where can I get that?
