Our Company AGM date is 07.07.2015. While going through the Act, i understood that Annual Return is required to be filed n form MGT 9 and balance sheet, p&l account is to be filed in form AOC 4. But MCA has not made available the eforms as on today. Friends please solicit your views on my query.
