Can you please advise what are the various forms that needs to be filed after annual accounts are adopted in AGM ?
eg: Form 66, Form 23 AC etc

Form 20B - For filing Annual Return as on date of AGM - Within 60 days of AGM.
Form 23AC & ACA - For filing Balance Sheet & P/L Account .
Form 66 - For filing Compliance Certificate, if applicable.

is there anything called From SchV. When checking with MCA site in "view public documents" under
Category Name : | Annual Returns and balance sheet Eform |
there is " FormSchV". is this any particular compliance alongwith Form23AC, Form66?

The Annual Return Forms are:
Form 23 ACA - Profit and Loss Account
Form 23AC - Balance Sheet
Form 66 - Form for Complaince certificate
Form 20 B (Sch V is a form for filing annual return) - For Annual return in case of companies having share capital and Form 21 A - annual return in case of companies not having the share capital
