Please help me understand how NIL annexure 2a and 2b will be uploaded.

We can not open the forms of 2a and 2b through this internet. Simply fill the information place as nil and click submit,it must accept.Any dealer may not any thing to fill in a period return,but he has to submit his return. Hence there will be a provision for filing nil returns also.....mjk
