Looking at the current state of political climate it doesn't look like any major bill can get passed in both houses of the parliament to become an act.

Appointment of CS is still compulsory for every company belonging to such class or classes of companies as may be prescribed

Dear Can you please elaborate the such class or classes of companies as prescribed by the Co. Bill 2011 for appointment of CS.

You have to wait for the rules regarding minimum paid up capital etc. to be notified by CG in this regard.

Now looking for government working for framing rules and regulatons and issuing notifiactions for defining and implementing the new bill.

One big issue is still lacking, there was initative to mandate signing of annual report by practising company secretaries. So, no big hope for practising company secretaries.
