1. AMT credit is to be allowed to be carried forward for not more than 15 years as per sec 115JD.
2. However, there is no express provision or rules in case of change of partners for the purpose of carrying forward of AMT credit.
3. But since the credit is in the same PAN and form 29C does not specify any such particulars, carry forward of AMT credit should not be an issue.
4. However, this is still a grey area where further explanation is needed.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
