Whether Notification/circulars issued from 01.11.2008 to 30.11.2008 are applicable for CA Final Exams of June2009 ????

Generally notifications/ circulars upto 30th October are applicable for May attempt..Since the attempt has got postponed notifications upto 30th Nov will be applicable..
