Are the amendments of fy 12 will come in may 2012 attempt or in nov attempt?

Ofcourse yes, they will come. Institute definitely covers problems with latest amendments for a significant marks. Dont leave that portion. In fact, give them priority on your exam day. If you are talking about Final exams, then institute gives priority for amendments. AY 12-13 is applicable for May 2012 exams. Cant expect now about Nov 2012 as DTC is on the way. All the best.
