I am appearing for Nov 11 exams Final Gr. II. Please clarify me, whether Amendments/Circulars for Direct Taxes / Indirect Taxes mentioned in the RTP for Nov 11 i.e. Finance Act 2011 are applicable for the ongoing Nov 11 exams or not.
