m appearing for finals this november.. most of us have heard abt amendments in law paper... I request whoever is hvng amendments in law in SEB guidelines and Competition Act to pls post it over here so that all of us can benefit..

IT CAME IN THE RECENT STUDENTS' NEWSLETTER FOR THE SEPTEMBER 09.\
SEBI (DIP) GUIDELINES. - aMENDMENTS MADE UPTO 24TH OF FEBRUARY 2009.
cOMPETITION ACT, 2002 - Sec. 2(dealing with definitions) and Sec.7-17(dealing with competition commission of INdia) will be applicable..........
For auditing, Standards of Auditing willbe applicable........!!!!

u may all amendment through site www.icsi.edu u will get sebi, competition act and company law amendment
