When are IDT amendments applicable made in BUDGET 2011 applicable for CA Final exams?

No...........................BUDGET 2011 will not be applicable for CA Final exams May 2011.

No Budget 2011 is applicable only for Assessment year 2012-13 ie applicable only for May & Nov 2012..
