Hmari ek party ke Gst invoice kisi dusri party kr Gst number par chad gye in Dec 2018.
wo party demand kr rhi hai ab un invoice ko.
Problem ye hai ki ab wo gstr1, mai amend bhi nhi ho rhe rhe
please tell me ab kya krna chahiye

Nothing can be done in this matter. except that the actual buyer should claim itc as per ur bill of sale. And the wrong one should not claim itc. Bill of sale and eway bill if generated and the account statement will be the proof if u receive any notice.
