IGST invoice has been AMENDED and reduced by 100000 (tax amount)
but in subsequent months i do not have any inter state supply.
so how can i adjust it in GSTR-3B?
i have paid 100000 rp excess tax

Yes its a limitations of GST portal it does not accept figures in minus. You have wait & can be adjust only when you have a IGST sale
