AMC SERVICES
We are going to provide AMC services in odisha from gurgaon. We don't have GST registration in odisha. Can we raise the invoice from gurgaon ? Or we take GST registration in odisha but we don't have any place of business in odisha we are providing service from gurgaon.

If you are providing services from Gurgaon, you don't have to take any registration in Odisha.
You may have to issue an IGST Invoice from Gurgaon, mentioning the place os supply as Odisha,
Charge IGST on the service provided for Odisha
If you have shop or business place in odisha, then separate gst registration should be taken else you can issue invoice with IGST from principal place of business.
