Amalgamation/transfer of business
Is sale of business as a whole exempted. In case of transfer of business what are the documents to be prepared. Can you please elaborate on this issue.

Business Transfer Agreement.
If business is transferred as a whole and as a going concern basis then transaction is exempt.
For transfer it depends what kind of transfer is happening, whether it is amalgamation, merger or simple sale of business.
Documents will be made accordingly
