Whether the group-II Amalgamation includes inter company investments in the syllabus like

(1)Purchasing co. held shares in vendor company

(2)vendor co. held shares in purchasing company

(3)both company held shares in each other

All the cases as regards Inter Co Holding are part of IPCC Gr 2

Yes, Amalgamation of 2nd group of IPCC includes all mentioned you above...

However, Do complete all the Illustrations provided in the Inst. Study mat and RTP..

Most of the time Questions are same as Illustrations in the Mat...

All the topics mentioned above is covered in Tulsian's previous edition.......

whereas in the latest edition the above situations are not available, even in the study material i couldn't find such problems....
