hey people i have doubt in amalgamation pl help------------
1) in case of PURCHASE METHOD when in the books of transferee NO GOODWILL OR CAPITAL RESERVE is coming and the liqudation expenses are to be paid by Transferee then ENTRY kaise pass karenge????
Goodwill a/c DR.
To Bank a/c
(being liquidation expenses paid)
doesnt matter whether the goodwill a/c is already appearing or not.....it will now......
