I am really confused ,while calculating purchase consideration when to use net payment method and when to use net assets method can any one explain me plz

always use net payment method unless mention otherwise.

if all the modes of discharging the pc (eg pref share,equity share or cashpayanle to share holder of tranferor company) are given with their individual amount then net payment method is used
and in all other cases net asset
