Alternate Director signing balance sheet

he can sign but he need approval from Board to sign documents as any other director need.

Alternate Director is also the Director of the Compant

and

He can do all such acts,deeds and things which the Original Directors can.

So, Alternate Director also can sign the Balance Sheet

AGREE

AUTHORISED HIM THROUGH A NORMAL BOARD RESOLUTION.

When a company appoints any persons as an Additional Director. He would be director so long the original director remains out of the state.

Therefore, he is the director and having all such powers to sign the B/S. Provided that in the Board resolution his name must have been given.
