I was just about to give a suggestion.... That some of the main points be given along with the main data point wise... But as i went on reading I came across this SOME IMPORTANT POINTS RELATED TO ALTERNATE DIRECTOR.... And I was thus satisfied with the whole write-up...

All important points have been covered along with the most wonderful thing.... i.e. References to various case studies and notifications given...!!!

Dear Sir,

What about in case of original Director is an Non- Resident Indians Dirctor. He is staying mostly abroad and his absence is more than 3 months (90 days). Whwther it is required to appoint alternate Director. Please give any NOTE or Clarification on this.
