A person was appointed as an Alternate direcor in a Company, in place of another Director who left for operations in the US.
Now we filed Form 32 for appopintment as Alternate Director.
Now as the Director is back, there was a proposal to regularize the Alternate Director.How am i suppose to deal with this situation, because as soon as the Original Director comes back, the Alternate vacates.
So in this regard, do we have to file Form 32 for Cessation of Alternate Director or can I just do it by Changing his designation.
Law is all theoretical but while doing it practically creates a lot of doubts. Anyways, its all part of the Learning.
